Built on one idea:
Entrepreneurs Must Fight to WinÂ
Mitt Squad was founded by Erick Soderberg, a former banker and entrepreneur with a background in boxing-based training and business development.
Erick’s approach is simple: entrepreneurship is learned through practice and not discussion. Success results from repetition, and confidence is built from doing the work.
As your Cornerman, his role is to train, guide, challenge, and hold you accountable for the success you desire.Â
Why boxing?
There's no hiding in the ring.
Entrepreneurship is a full contact sport and so is boxing. Boxing demands focus, quick decision-making, and the resilience to recover and continue.
Building a business requires the same.
You plan. You execute. You adjust. You win.
Mitt Squad teaches you to consistently perform under pressure and how to execute despite challenges.
This is not a fitness class; this is Entrepreneur Conditioning.
Entrepreneur Conditioning™ is the Mitt Squad methodology.
It blends boxing-based physical training with structured business education to build the focus, resilience, and follow-through that business schools never touch.
Each session addresses both physical and business skills. The physical discipline developed during training directly influences your success in business.
Our objective is to build your physical and entrepreneurial muscles one rep at a time.
Â
Â
Learn to fight for your goals!
Why most ideas stay ideasÂ
Most people either fail from the start or never start because they are afraid to fail:
- Don’t know what to do first - never throw the first punch
- Overthink every decision - hesitation kills
- Keep consuming instead of building - wanting to get rich without the work
- Never turn their idea into something real - all talk/no action
Mitt Squad will give you:
- A clear direction for your business
- A simple, organized plan
- Real actionable decisionsÂ
- Momentum and the rhythm that will carry you forward
